What happens if my internet drops?
You can still browse everything — your full inventory, past invoices, reports, and customer records stay available on your device even with no signal, since a working copy lives right there with you. Recording something new (a sale, a stock change, a purchase) needs a live connection at that moment, by design — that's exactly what guarantees two staff members on two devices can never accidentally sell the same last item or overwrite each other's work.
Is my data safe?
Your data is backed up automatically every night, and every action in the app — a sale, a stock change, a deleted item — is logged, so nothing changes without a record of who did it and when.
Can more than one staff member use it at once?
Yes — add as many staff accounts as you need, each with their own login and their own permissions, at no extra cost per user.
What happens after my free trial ends?
You can subscribe to keep full access at any time during or after your trial. If you don't, your account is simply paused — your data stays safe and picks up right where you left off once you subscribe.
Is this only for electrical goods shops?
No — Vibkings Suite works for any small business that manages inventory and sales, including retail, pharmacy, food and cosmetics businesses. Optional features like expiry-date tracking exist specifically for businesses that need them.
Will my business or my prices be visible to the public?
Only if you turn it on. Your Business Hub listing and product search are both switched off by default in Settings — nothing about your shop, stock, or prices is public until you decide to show it, and even then, showing prices on your listing is its own separate toggle.
How can I pay?
Card or bank transfer through Flutterwave is the usual way. If that's not workable for you, USDT (a stablecoin pegged to the US Dollar) is available as a backup option.
